All contracts for the purchase of products concluded through the website “https://giantec.shop// are governed by these General Conditions which will be considered fully accepted whenever an order is placed on the website https://giantec.shop/
All prices published on the website https://giantec.shop/ are indicated in Euros and are understood to be prices to the public including VAT in force at the time. GIANTEC SRL reserves the right to change prices at any time, without notice.
Order methods and acceptance of the General Conditions
The Customer can only purchase the products present and viewable on the website “https://giantec.shop/ / at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative webshoprmation sheets. GIANTEC SRL, in any case, reserves the right to modify the product webshoprmation, to adapt them to those provided by the producers, without the need for any prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and may differ in colour, size, accessory products present in the figure. The Customer, by sending his purchase order in the various ways provided, accepts and undertakes to observe, in his relations with GIANTEC SRL, the present General Conditions of Sale illustrated below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the webshoprmation provided by him, also acknowledging that GIANTEC SRL does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing between the parties.
The contract stipulated between GIANTEC SRL and the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending of the order to GIANTEC SRL, which reserves, in any case, the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order, even if only partially.
Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer, who is always required to communicate his own address, under penalty of unexecutability/nullity of the order received, at the sole discretion of GIANTEC SRL.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by GIANTEC SRL through a reply sent to the (email) address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with GIANTEC SRL. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
GIANTEC SRL reserves the right to refuse orders from Customers with whom a dispute has arisen in relation to one or more previously placed orders, or in the event that GIANTEC SRL believes, in good faith, that the Customer has violated these General Conditions or who is engaged in fraudulent activities or for any other reason that GIANTEC SRL may deem legitimate.
In the event of non-acceptance of the order, GIANTEC SRL undertakes to promptly notify the Customer. The Customer can check the status of his order by accessing the web area dedicated to him under the heading “Order status”.
On the website https://giantec.shop/ all the products available at the time of the order are visible. Since the possible simultaneous access and the possibility of simultaneous “online” orders change the availability of the product, GIANTEC SRL does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered product.
On certain products, subject to price promotions, GIANTEC SRL reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantities, subject to communication and acceptance by the Customer, failing which the order will be considered cancelled.
Order management
At any time, you can:

For each product selected on the website “https://giantec.shop/, a summary page is available containing the photo of the product, the product format, the product code, the number of products selected, the unit price of the product/s /ie the total price of the products referred to in the existing order. At the end of the procedure, the order will be sent to GIANTEC SRL to be processed.
This order can no longer be modified or canceled except by contacting Customer Service by e-mail at the address: webshop@giantec.shop.

For each Customer, upon placing the first order, it is necessary to create an account in order to save the billing and delivery data which may be useful for a subsequent order. In this case, you will be prompted to create a password for further use of that account. By creating his own account, the Customer undertakes – under his own exclusive responsibility – to keep the access data confidential and never to disclose them to third parties. Therefore, each purchase made using the identification data will be deemed to have been made by the Customer as the owner of the same. In the event of a dispute between GIANTEC SRL and a Customer, with reference to an operation carried out on the website “https://giantec.shop/, the data recorded by GIANTEC SRL will constitute full proof between the parties of the content of the operation.
It is strictly forbidden for the Customer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or invented data, in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of the purchase contract and the related further communications. The personal data and e-mail address must be exclusively one’s real personal data and not of third parties, or of fantasy.
It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or enter data of third parties.

GIANTEC SRL reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
The Customer excludes GIANTEC SRL from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the Customer, being the Customer himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Right of withdrawal
All products purchased through https://giantec.shop/ can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To return what has been purchased, you must complete a return request and send it to webshop@giantec.shop
The right of withdrawal cannot, however, be exercised by the Consumer in the event of the purchase of Gift Certificates or in relation to items which, by their nature, are not suitable for being returned.

Contract termination, express termination clause, exclusion of liability
GIANTEC SRL reserves the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the Customer, indicating the reason. In this case, the Customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages, and in particular, by way of example, for the loss of business, profit or opportunity deriving from or consequent to the purchase of products on the website https://giantec.shop/, to people and/or things, connected to the execution and/or non-acceptance, even partial, of an order and this also for reasons of lack of stock or unavailability of products.
No responsibility can be attributed to GIANTEC SRL for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
GIANTEC SRL is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to the products purchased.
Conditions
The conditions contained in this document may be updated and/or modified by GIANTEC SRL, without any notice and valid from the date of publication on the website https://giantec.shop/, with effect exclusively for contracts still to be stipulated and not for those already in progress at the time of the changes. In these cases, the Customer undertakes and obliges, whenever a modification of these General Conditions occurs, to provide for their printing and conservation.
These GCS constitute intellectual property protected by copyright. Its use, even partial, by third parties for commercial purposes is not permitted. Any violations will be prosecuted
Guarantee
All products sold by GIANTEC SRL are covered by the manufacturer’s standard guarantee and by the 24-month guarantee (12 months in case of purchase with invoice) for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or receipt) he will receive.
The 24-month warranty
Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the same is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and with the provisions of the attached technical documentation. This guarantee, in accordance with Legislative Decree N. 24/92, is reserved only to the private consumer (natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, GIANTEC SRL will restore the conformity of the product by means of repair/replacement or a reduction in the price, at no cost to the Customer, until the termination of the contract.
